Some types of<br \/>domestic violence are listed below:<\/p>\n<p>-emotional<\/p>\n<p>-financial<\/p>\n<p>-sexual<\/p>\n<p>-psychological<\/p>\n<p>-physical<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To make a successful application for ILR Based On Domestic Violence\u00a0route applicants must make sure they meet the below mentioned criteria:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must apply online using SET (DV) application form and make a valid application.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be physically present in the UK.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must meet the suitability and eligibility criteria for this immigration route.<br \/>Eligibility criteria set out in Appendix FM:<\/li>\n<li>The applicant must be in the UK as a spouse or partner of a British national or someone who is<br \/>present, settled in the UK with indefinite leave to remain.
